ERGIM SALIHI, FROM OSTERODE CAMP IN HOSPITAL DIAGNOSED WITH SERIOUS KIDNEY PROBLEMS.
NEWS FLASH : Ergin Salihi, now transferred to Roma mahalla has never been treated for lead poisoning! Even proper nutrition is being denied to him. Please help Ergin and the other children and demand that they get proper treatment. It is the families' top priority and has been totally ignored.
HIS CONDITION AND LATEST REPORTS: Prof. Dr. Andelka Stojkovic-Andelkovic who examined Ergin (who weighed only 20 kilos) stated he was suffering from Nephritic syndrome caused in her opinion from malnutrition. However, she was not aware that Ergin has lived all his life on toxic wasteland in a former UN camp. As we all know, lead poisoning can also damage kidneys.
Nine-year-old Ergin Salihi was transferred to new housing at Roma mahalla in October 2010. He still suffers from Nephrotic syndrome and damaged kidneys associated with malnutrition. Like all the children suffering from lead exposure and malnutrition, he is not receiving a nutritous diet which should be part of the project designed to save these children.
Whatever the cause of his kidney disease, he will surely die if he is not provided with proper nourishment.
